“A Magical Journey of Self-Exploration and Discovery”
Truly an experience that can’t be described with words. Plant medicine is powerful and the point of my journey was one of self-exploration and discovery. Being a little bit on the “bougie” side I wasn’t prepared to work with plant medicine and sleep in a non air-conditioned hut with no-wifi. Baby steps. Rythmia is so unique in that it provides 5-star accommodations and service, without sacrificing the core of it’s mission which is to provide you with a deep spiritual journey. The facilities are beautiful, the food is delicious, but it’s the people you meet that are truly priceless. It’s hard to find meaningful relationships, but after 24 hours at Rythmia I felt like I connected on such a deep level with more people than I’ve connected with in years living in NYC. Gerry, the owner, is especially warm and caring. I recommend all guests to eat with him and strike up a conversation. He has such great insight and interesting stories. His candid personality is refreshing and genuine. This isn’t a hippie commune. I was surprised how many professionals were there. In my group there was a dentist, doctor, tv producer, yoga instructor, college student, consultant, and a motivational speaker. The wi-fi is very strong – I cheated a little and streamed Netflix instead of writing in my journal. Everyone’s journey seemed to vary – but everyone I spoke to had a positive one. I’m grateful to have learned about Rythmia and being able to visit. Rythmia is just the beginning – the true work starts when you leave. If your feeling unfulfilled or seeking answers about yourself I highly recommend going to Rythmia.
