Sonia Barrett is known for her cutting edge insights with much of it supported by quantum physics. Theoretical Physicist Dr. Amit Goswami refers to her as a “true mystic.” Her work bridges the gap between science and spirituality in a simplified format. She addresses the programming, beliefs and concepts by which we have lived our lives both individually and collectively. In 1992 a newly divorced mother of two Sonia set out on a journey to discover and to the understanding “exactly what is this thing we call life”, after having experienced a traumatic 14 year marriage. Not knowing how to meditate or having any knowledge of the words “quantum physics”,

In 2007 she released her first book The Holographic Canvas, the fusing of mind and matter. A book highly praised and has brought freedom to many. It’s been 25 years since she set out on this expedition of self-discovery.
Sonia Barrett is the author of The Holographic Canvas: The Fusing of Mind and Matter and her second book, A Journey of Possibilities. She is also the publisher of the book Health: An Inside Job an Outside Business (a supplement to the film- each chapter is written by those in the film) and her latest book and 7 Day Program, Simple ways to step outside of your comfort zone; Letting go of an outdated life.
Sonia Barrett has lectured at such conferences as the Alchemy Conference, Conscious Life Expo, the ISSSEEM conference and more. She has appeared on panels with such visionaries as Bruce Lipton, Ph.D, Dr. Jacob Liberman, Amit Goswami Ph.D, Rev. Michael Beckwith and others.

In the expanding age of technology there is a mirror effect reflective of the design of this virtual cosmic technology that seem to hold us affixed to this human game.
Sonia’s workshops are very in your face, no fluff but instead help to remove the mind shackles freeing the individual from the safety of their beliefs about their existence and of the overall nature of reality. You are guided to go beyond topical self-help and instead give yourself the permission and password to unlock yourself so that you are free to be the scientist, engineer and architect that you are; skills that are innately within you, skills that cannot be taught because you are already all of it but instead you are being triggered and reminded.
