Karen: From a young age, Karen had an awareness of the constant presence of God. Her first extraordinary experience was at ten years of age, when she was flung into a construction pit by children at her school. During those lonely dark hours, she was visited by the Angel Michael who told her she would be saved, and that every difficulty she experiences is part of a larger plan for her life. From that moment on, Karen continued to find spirituality in all things. Karen was a medium by the age of 21. In 1972, after a series of synchronistic events and a chance meetings, Karen married Rav Berg.
When they married, they didn’t just marry each other, they married two worlds — Karen’s world, spirituality and the mystical arts, and the Rav’s, the rites and rituals of a traditional orthodox religious practice. Over four decades ago, Karen and her husband, Rav, set out to make Kabbalah understandable and relevant to all people. Their goal was to teach the spiritual wisdom and tools of Kabbalah, without exclusion. They believed that learning Kabbalah could help people make their lives better, and by doing so the world would benefit. Under their leadership, The Kabbalah Centre has grown from a single location into one of the world’s leading sources of spiritual wisdom, with more than 40 Centres around the globe. The Kabbalah Centre provides instruction and community to tens of thousands of students through books, classes, one-on-one learning, spiritual trips, and spiritual connections online and at physical brick and mortar locations.
DANCE OF LIBERATION™ is a seven-step, life-changing program – a Soul Map designed to awaken joy, freedom, and a grounded, embodied consciousness in all of its participants. Rooted in the knowledge of the power of the Dance and the wisdom of ancient shamanic tradition, this powerful and beautiful soul work sheds inhibitions and heightens inner awareness. Dancers are blindfolded in the shamanic tradition and step beyond their conscious fears and limitations and allow their innermost creative sides to break free and return to the power of identifying one’s Neshama – Soul call.
KABBALAH is an ancient wisdom that describes the physical and spiritual laws of the universe, including the discussion of Creation, the purpose of life, and the journey of the soul in this physical dimension. In a world of fragmentation and separation Kabbalah can assist us to remove the veils so that we can find unity within, with others and with the Light force of Creation.
Together Karen Berg and Parashakti blend these modalities and teachings to provide a unique experience exploring the DANCE OF LIBERATION™ ~ Expression of the Soul through awakened consciousness and movement.
